Summary: NADH is a natural supplement shown to alleviate symptoms people experience as a result of depression. In recent study of 205 patients suffering from depression, all benefited from NADH. Research also shows that this natural antidepressant does not interfere with Prozac.

Symptoms of Depression: A person suffering from psychological depression may experience symptoms such as sleep and eating disturbances, a lack of concentration, problems at work, intense feelings of emptiness, guilt, and worthlessness, and suicidal thoughts.

The findings of recent research has shown that NADH relates in a direct, positive correlation to people suffering from physiological depression. Recent studies involving patients affected by psychological depression, showed all patients to benefit from NADH.

Sometimes a brain chemical imbalance can be responsible for causing depression. Studies have proved that NADH balances brain chemicals by stimulating the production of neurotransmitters such as norepinephrine, serotonin, and dopamine.

NADH primarily increases the body's production of dopamine. A positive effect on the physiological functions of concentration, energy, up lifting mood, strength, and coordination is marked by the presence of healthy amounts of dopamine in the brain. Balanced dopamine and the neurotransmitter serotonin, work together to improve the body's sleeping abilities.

A growing number of physicians are recommending NADH to patients with depression. Proven not to interfere with Prozac or any other antidepressant medication, doctors have noted its positive effects.
